How do I book a Hair Analysis Consultation?
Select one of the analysis options above and click "read more" for instructions on how to book and send your hair analysis sample. You are asked to book a session 20-25 days in advance and send your sample immediately to ensure there is time to analyze it before our session.

Can I send in a sample from outside of Canada?
You can send in your sample from nearly anywhere in the world, depending on your regional postage restrictions (some locations do not allow human tissue to be sent through mail; check with your local regulations).

How is the HMA different from a blood test?
Blood is like the highway of the body, where nutrients are carried and homeostasis is maintained. Blood test is like a snapshot of what is happening in the blood at the time sample is taken. Toxic elements do not circulate in the blood for a long time because the body stores away toxic elements in places less harmful for the wellbeing of the whole system. Hair Mineral Analysis analyses the tissue and gives a long term story of what has been going on in the body.

Do I need to repeat the test?
In cases where there is toxicity and imbalances involved it would be useful to repeat the test in usually around 6 months, sometimes sooner. This also depends on the nutritional and lifestyle changes you have been able to put in place and the supplemental protocols you have followed. If there have been little or no change in these arenas there would be little change in your readings.

Can results vary from different labs?
Results can vary according to the methods the labs use.That is why we only work with Canalt Labs in Ontario Canada. They use the most advanced methods and get accurate results.

What is your refund policy?
For remote and in-person analysis you may request a refund up until the time of analysis; once an analysis has been done you are no longer eligible for a refund. Please contact us if you have any further questions about booking or policies.Â
